In between meetings, closings, researching cutting edge real estate investment tactics, we do take time to have fun. We recently celebrated Felicia’s birthday at Honu Kitchen in Huntington, NY this past Friday. This is certainly one of my favorite restaurants – its a meal of "small plates" so we all get to taste and share dinner. Also, their wine list is incredible! After dinner, we headed to Besito for some margaritas (we really tried to get reservations there but couldn’t) and later learned a fabulous store Rickys-NYC that defies explanation. You will have to visit for yourself!
